Road Pact Privacy Policy​

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ROAD PACT.

Burst Analytics, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Road Pact, including the tablet application for drivers and the SaaS web application for logistics companies (collectively, “Road Pact”). 

1. Information We Collect​

We collect the following information: 

  • Drivers: Name, feedback provided, and location data, which we receive through our telematics partner who collects and shares this data with us as part of our service. 
  • Logistics company users (SaaS app): Name, email address, and contact information. 
  • Automatically collected data: Cookies, analytics, device information, and usage data for performance monitoring and service improvement. 

​2. How We Use Your Information ​

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Road Pact, provide customer support, analyze usage for performance improvements, ensure service security, and comply with legal obligations. 

3. Cookies and Analytics ​

Road Pact uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, maintain session information, and collect analytics data to improve our services. 

4. Data Sharing ​

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. We may share your data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting and analytics) strictly to operate Road Pact and with law enforcement if required by law. 

5. Data Retention ​

We retain personal data for six (6) months unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing activities by contacting hello@letsburst.com. 

7. Data Security ​

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. 

8. Children’s Privacy ​

Road Pact is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly. 

9. International Transfers ​

If you access Road Pact outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. 

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy ​

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, notifying you of material changes by posting updates within Road Pact and updating the “Effective Date.”
